Party A
– Take tourists in the Tour to the restaurant of Party B to use food services (including Vietnamese pho, bun cha)
– Deposit an amount of ……. equivalent to $ …… for the first year of using the service.

Party B
Ensure the best serving manner during the time tourists stay at the restaurant
Monitor strictly the number of tourists using the service and ensure to have full signatures of tourists as well as the tour manager.

-If the contract expires and both parties wish to continue to implement the contract, they will discuss extending the contract.
– This Business cooperation contract may be terminated before the time-limit and/ or terminated in case of the force majeure.

This business cooperation contract is signed on March 26th, 2013, in Hanoi, including 6 original copies in Vietnamese, English and Korean (common foreign languages). All copies in the Vietnamese, English and Korean have the same legal value.
